Mongolian Beef (PF Chang's copycat) 

 

Homemade Mongolian Beef is so easy to make! Tender pieces of beef coated in a sweet and salty sauce. It's like beef candy!

Ingredients

Gluten free

Meat

  • 1 1/2 lbs Flank steak

Produce

  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1 bunch Green onions

Condiments

  • 1/2 cup Soy sauce

Baking & Spices

  • 3/4 cup Brown sugar, dark
  • 1/2 cup Cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes

Oils & Vinegars

  • 17 tbsp Vegetable oil

Liquids

  • 1/2 cup Water

  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp White sugar

  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil

  • 2 tbsp Water  

Spicy Tangerine Beef with Carrot Ribbons

  • 2 tbsp Ginger, fresh
  • 3 Scallions
  • 1/4 cup Tangerine, freshly squeezed juice
  • 1 Tangerine

  • 2 tsp Chili garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce, lite
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce

Baking & Spices

  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp Sesame seeds, toasted

Oils & Vinegars

  • 3 tbsp Canola oil

Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 2 tbsp Cooking sherry
