Mongolian Recipes

Mongolian Beef Ramen 

 

Mongolian Beef Ramen. Just like PF Chang’s Mongolian Beef but with Ramen Noodles! Ready in less than 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb Flank steak

Produce

  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1 Green onions

Condiments

  • 1/2 cup Soy sauce, low sodium

Pasta & Grains

  • 1 10 ounce package Ramen noodles, dry

Baking & Spices

  • 3/4 cup Brown sugar, light or dark
  • 1/8 cup Cornstarch

Oils & Vinegars

  • 1/2 tbsp Canola or vegetable oil
  • 1 Oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil

Liquids

  • 1/2 cup Water

  • 1 (5 ounce) can Evaporated milk

  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Dairy

  • 2 cups Cheddar
