Mongolian Beef 

 

Mongolian beef is such a classic and delicious Asian dish... and easy to make at home! In just 30 minutes you'll have an incredible meal!

Ingredients

Gluten free

Meat

  • 1 lb Flank steak

Produce

  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger, fresh
  • 2 Green onions

Condiments

  • 2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
  • 5/8 cup Soy sauce

Baking & Spices

  • 3/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Corn starch

Oils & Vinegars

  • 1 cup Approximately 1 vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp Vegetable oil

Liquids

  • 1/2 cup Water

  • 1 1/2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt

Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 2 tbsp Japanese rice wine, sweet

Liquids

  • 1/2 cup Water
